How do I place my first order with you?
Go to the https://www.1stkidswholesale.co.uk/customer/account/create/ on the top right menu on our home page. 'Create an account'. Enter the requested details and you are ready! Your details will be saved for the next time you want to order. Alternatively you can choose to order without creating account. Just choose your items and checkout.
FOR ANY FUTURE ORDERS PLEASE NOTE
You can place the order through the website, and click Bank Transfer without paying, once you click, we will receive the order on our admin panel, and a member of staff will check the stock and availability and will let you know by email thank you.
All Paypal payments will be charged their fee, at 1.5%, or bank transfer is free.
Is there a minimum order quantity or value for an order?
No, you can buy as little as 1 pack but obviously the more you spend the better value the shipping.
Are the items in a pack all the same size?
No, you get a selection of sizes and colours. We only supply fully labelled retail lines so are supplied in ratios as shipped to us.
What type of lines do you stock?
As we cater for all types of childrenswear retailers we stock a broad range of lines – fully labelled retail lines such as Sevva , Pretty Princess, Jaan, Chambo, TK, Sunny Kids, Aardvark,Baby C, Sugar Babe, Bebe Lonia, Glam, Verona Originial, Lita by Lita etc. There are many lines exclusive to us. All our character lines are fully licensed.
What are your delivery charges?
Delivery within Mainland UK is £9.50 +) for orders under £250 and FREE for all orders over £250
All orders received after 11am are despatched NEXT WORKING DAY. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered Tuesday. This service is 98% reliable.

Yes we have a friendly showroom in Dagenham,Essex, RM10 8PMN -strictly by appointment only. Most customers choose to order online. We are open Mondays to Fridays 9am to 6pm, 8am to 2pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
What is your returns policy?
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the goods, please inform us within 48 hours of your receipt. We will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you. All products returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing . You must ensure that the package is insured to the correct value to protect yourself in the event that the return is lost or damaged in transit.
Do I need to be an established business to buy from you?
No, we are happy to deal with all types of retailers from small to large.

How many items are in a pack?
There are 12 items in most packs. If there is any other quantity it will be clearly stated in the product description. You will get a balanced mix of sizes and colours.

In general, no, as we pre-sort the product into packs when the stock arrives to ensure customers get the best selection of sizes and colours possible.

How long is delivery from placing my order?
Generally UK delivery is within 48 hours of order but this is not guarenteed so please advise us before placing your order of any urgent requirements. Parcelforce are our normal delivery partners and we will email you a tracking ID when your items have been dispatched, you can use this to track your order. This service is 98% reliable.
What are your payment terms?
Payment is taken at time of order. You can pay by credit card through Paypal or Googlecheckout or Bank Transfer via the website.There may be a delay in processing your order if your delivery address does not match the billing address of your chosen credit/debit card and extra identification may be required.
Do you offer 30 day accounts or discounts?
No, due to the high cost of running these accounts we would rather offer competitive prices and quality service that offer this option. Automatic discounts are applied at checkout for orders over 1000 - 2% discount and 3% for orders over £5000. We sometimes offer special promotional discounts these are announced via our opt in mailing list or via Facebook so make sure you register on our mailing list.
